activity n°3: Your body

A)At this moment, I’m in the soccer team from my major. I’m training 3 days a week. One of this day I go to the gym from the university and do a lot of exercises. I like a lot doing this things, because since I was a young boy sports are a great hobby from me. The other thing that I’m doing it’s trying to smoke less, because maybe in the future I will stop smoking because it is bad to my health.

B)
1.- Slow down man. Take a break of your accelerate way of life and see the sky, the calm sky.
2.- There is always a moment to take a drink with your friends, but not always.
3.- Eat some real food man, the fruits are as yummy as a hamburger.
4.- Always when you will do some exercises hamstring your stretches.
5.- The 20s are the moment when your body is on the top of the hill and you feel like you can do anything, but be aware this things will decide your future.
